Production plant
Bidese Qteq produces its own machines in a 1500 m2 production unit, equipped with CNC machine tools and all the equipment necessary for the realization of the components.
Inside the factory are carried out the structural carpentry and the mechanical processes. The painting is also done internally and the electrical and electronic parts are assembled in a dedicated department. The machine software is developed and implemented in our technical offices by highly qualified engineers.
The industrial process is divided into the following manufacturing phases:
- Mechanical design
- Construction of metallic carpentry and mechanical processing
- Painting
- Assembly
- Electrical and electronic cabling
- Software development
- Quality control
All the phases mentioned are carried out and managed directly by Bidese Qteq.
